Packaging
- The product is packaged.
- The product is packed in double protective packaging made of films or bags made of according GOST 12302-2013, or other authorized authorities and institutions of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Russia. One of packing layers must be gas-tight and opaque.
- The product is placed in corrugated cardboard boxes according to GOST 13511; or in containers made from other materials permitted for contact with food products by the authorities and institutions of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Russia.
- The container must be clean, dry, free of mold and foreign smell. Reusable containers must have a lid.
- In & nbsp; each unit of transport packaging packs a product of one name of one production date and & nbsp; expiration date. It is allowed to pack more than one product name in one box, container or container-equipment as agreed with customer.

0.5 - 10.0 kg
Marking
- name, location (legal address, including country) of the manufacturer, packer (if necessary, exporter);
- manufacturer's trademark (if any);
- product name;
- food additives (when used);
- net weight (when releasing a packaged product);
- date of manufacture and date of packaging;
- expiration date;
- storage conditions;
- STO designation, in accordance with which manufactured and product can be identified;
- information about validation.
In addition, each unit of container with packaged products is enclosed with a total check with indicating:
- number of servings (packages);
- net weight of products, kg.
Transportation
The conditions of transportation and storage of the product must ensure their safety from mechanical damage, moisture and contamination with foreign substances.
The product is transported in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for a specific mode of transport.
Storage conditions
The product is stored in covered, dry, dark places, protected from sunlight, keeping the original packaging at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C. It is recommended to use the product within a day after opening the original packaging.
Expiration date
36 months from the date of manufacture
Remaining shelf life
At least 70% at the time of receipt at the customer's warehouse
Copy of the Declaration of conformity to the vehicle
Certified with a blue seal, provided once with first delivery.
A document confirming the quality (Quality Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Quality Passport)
The version of the document must be in Russian, certified with a blue seal, provided with each delivery for each lot.
Requirements for content:
- name of manufacturer (supplier);
- name of the raw material;
- batch number;
- date of manufacture;
- expiration date;
- composition of the extract preparation;
- extractant;
- appearance description;
- organoleptic indicators;
- characteristics of quality and safety indicators in in accordance with normative documentation;
- actual batch test results;
- indication of normative documentation;
- storage conditions;
- conclusion on matching the quality of the party;
- signature of the person responsible for quality.

Requirements for placing raw materials on pallet
On the pallet one name of raw materials, one lot. Several items of raw materials are allowed on one pallet in the case of shipment of a small amount of each item (except for allergen raw materials). If the main part of the pallet is completed with one type of raw material, one batch, then the stacking of other items shipped in small quantities is allowed only on top. Placement of raw materials on the pallet with the label facing out. Protrusions and overhangs on pallets are not allowed.
Requirements for placement of documents for shipment
The box, in which the shipping documents are enclosed, must be marked with the appropriate marking and placed at the top of the pallet.
